AIDA, developed by Resox, integrates the sophisticated capabilities of ChatGPT 4.0, providing an all-encompassing support system that enhances efficiency and accuracy in identifying the best dispute resolution professionals for users’ legal needs.
We built AIDA’s conversational layer using Google Dialogflow CX and GPT-4 working closely together.
Dialogflow CX manages the structure of the conversation, ensuring AIDA always knows where it is in the assessment and what it still needs to understand.
GPT-4 handles the language, making every response feel natural, empathetic, and clear, even when the topics are sensitive or complicated.
When the assessment is complete, a smart-matching engine takes the profile AIDA has built and searches the professional network for the right fit, filtering across specialism, jurisdiction, and preferred language. A structured case ticket is created automatically and routed to the matched professional with the full conversation context attached, so the handoff is clean and the professional arrives prepared.
The entire backend runs serverless on AWS Lambda, with MongoDB handling session state and case continuity across every interaction.
